Payment Processing Surcharge Policy
To maintain the quality of care while managing the rising operational costs placed on small businesses, a processing surcharge will be applied to all transactions made using credit cards. This surcharge reflects the fees charged by payment processors and is not greater than the actual cost incurred by the office to accept card payments.

Patients may avoid this surcharge by choosing an alternative payment method such as cash, check, or other no‑fee options offered by the practice such as Zelle.

Thank you for the understanding and support that make it possible to keep services accessible and sustainable.
